About Wendy's Wish

Wendy's Wish is a family-run charity started in memory of Wendy Reed, who passed away in January 2017 after being diagnosed with ocular melanoma, a rare form of eye cancer. Wendy's family set up the charity to further research into all forms of eye cancer, a disease that attracts only modest research funding, and to support patients and families going through the same difficult journey. The charity has gone on to fund PhD research and specialist equipment at the Liverpool Ocular Oncology Research Group, helping doctors diagnose eye cancer more effectively.

Wendy's Wish already works with Bag2Charity to raise funds through clothing collections, and every bag donated goes towards continuing this vital research.
